The Process
Drive Wise identifies and secures high-traffic commercial locations including highways, retail centers, hotels, and transit hubs. Every site is selected based on EV traffic data, visibility, and charging demand to maximize charger utilization.
Drive Wise handles the full installation of each DC Fast Charger unit, including grid connection, permitting, software integration, and payment systems. Once live, the charger begins generating revenue around the clock with zero effort required from share holders.
Each $60,000 charger unit is divided into 20 equal shares at $3,000 per share. You may buy as many shares as you wish across one or multiple charger locations. Ownership and revenue scale directly with the number of shares you hold.
EV drivers pay $0.50 per kWh at standard rates and $0.60 per kWh during surge periods (morning commute, midday, and evening peak hours). The charger operates 24 hours a day, generating revenue continuously from multiple drivers each day.

Revenue Structure
Drive Wise chargers operate on a straightforward dual-rate pricing model. Standard rates apply during off-peak hours and surge rates apply during morning, midday, and evening peak charging windows.

Wind turbine share holders receive 80% of net monthly generation revenue after Drive Wise deducts its 20% operations and management fee, paid out monthly with a full production report.
Every turbine share holder receives a detailed monthly wind energy report including daily generation data, average wind speeds, total kWh produced, gross revenue, and net payout per share.

EV drivers pay $0.50 per kWh at the standard rate and $0.60 per kWh during surge periods. Surge pricing applies during peak demand windows: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily. Drivers may pay via credit card, or contactless payment at the charger.
Monthly payouts are issued at the end of each calendar month. Along with your payment, you will receive a full monthly earnings report detailing daily session data, total kWh dispensed, gross revenue, the 20% Drive Wise management fee, and your net monthly income per charger. Funds are transferred directly to your registered account.
The 20% maintenance and management fee covers all ongoing operational costs including charger maintenance and hardware repairs, software and network connectivity, payment processing, site lease payments, customer support, insurance, and the costs of installing new charger locations.
Yes. In addition to EV charging stations, Drive Wise operates commercial-grade wind turbines across North America. Turbine shares follow the same model as EV charger shares: 80% of net monthly generation revenue is distributed to share holders, with a detailed monthly production report issued each month.
