Drive Wise builds, operates, and expands a nationwide network of DC Fast Charger stations. We make EV charging infrastructure accessible as a shared asset, while keeping every charger running at maximum efficiency around the clock.
Our Mission
Drive Wise was founded on a single conviction: that the infrastructure powering the electric vehicle revolution should not be locked behind institutional capital. Every DC Fast Charger we install is a real, income-generating asset that any individual can hold a share in.
We identify the locations, secure the permits, handle the grid connection, install the hardware, manage the software, process driver payments, and maintain every unit across our network. You buy shares, and we handle everything else. It is that direct.
Our network spans high-traffic highways, retail corridors, hospitality hubs, and commercial parking facilities. Every location is selected to maximize charger utilization so that your share generates consistent monthly revenue from real EV drivers using the station every day.
What We Do
Drive Wise is an operator, not a marketplace. We build real infrastructure, run it at scale, and return the earnings to those who hold shares.
Drive Wise handles the full lifecycle of every charger, from site survey and permitting through grid connection, hardware installation, software activation, and ongoing maintenance. Every unit in our network is actively monitored and serviced to maintain peak performance.
EV drivers pay per kWh at every Drive Wise station, $0.50 during standard hours and $0.60 during peak surge windows. Our chargers operate 24 hours a day, generating income from multiple sessions every day of the year, across every unit in the network.
At month end, Drive Wise deducts a 20% maintenance and management fee from gross charger revenue and distributes the remaining 80% directly to share holders. Every holder receives a full monthly report showing daily session data, total kWh, gross revenue, the management fee, and their net payout.
How Charging Works
The EV Industry
Electric vehicle adoption is not a trend. It is a structural shift in global transportation. Every new EV on the road requires charging infrastructure, and that infrastructure is being built faster than ever before. Drive Wise is positioned at the center of that build-out.
As the number of EVs on the road grows, each Drive Wise charger serves more sessions per day, and the revenue generated per unit increases. Share holders benefit directly from the growth of the market without needing to do anything beyond holding their shares.
Charger Specifications
Every Drive Wise unit is a commercial-grade DC Fast Charger engineered for continuous operation at high-traffic public locations.
Drive Wise installs DC Fast Charger Level 3 units with a minimum rated output of 400 kW. Different unit models are deployed across locations based on grid capacity and projected session volume.
Each unit is equipped with CCS and CHAdeMO connectors, ensuring compatibility with the broadest possible range of electric vehicle models on the road today and in the years ahead.
Drive Wise chargers operate continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Remote monitoring systems detect and flag any unit anomalies in real time for immediate resolution.
Drivers can pay via credit or debit card, or contactless tap-to-pay at the unit. Flexible payment reduces friction and maximizes session throughput at each location.
Network Activity
Our Journey
Drive Wise incorporated with a mission to make EV charging infrastructure accessible as a shared-revenue asset for individual share holders.
Drive Wise activates its first 50 DC Fast Charger units across high-traffic commercial locations, beginning revenue operations and the first monthly share holder payouts.
Rapid site acquisition drives the Drive Wise network past 150 active chargers. Share holders see growing utilization rates as EV adoption accelerates across served markets.
Drive Wise crosses 300 active charging units and launches a second-generation monitoring platform giving share holders real-time access to session data for every unit they hold shares in.
Drive Wise now operates over 420 DC Fast Charger units across multiple states, with new sites being activated every month as the network continues its expansion.
Our Commitment
Drive Wise does not stop at installation. We are accountable for the uptime, the revenue, and the accuracy of every report we send. When you hold shares in a Drive Wise charger, you hold a stake in infrastructure that we treat as our own, because it is.
